Terrible! I wear my hair long and get my hair cut about an inch every 6 weeks or so. Wherever I get it cut, it is NEVER a problem. Do they go a quarter of an inch too far once in a while. Sure. Big deal. This place cut my hair 2.5 inches when I asked for 1 inch at the very most. Plus cut it in a style that was NEVER discussed. Plus the person cutting it lied and insisted I never gave him any guidance when I sat down. What a lie! How insulting! Other employees came over and blamed me and tried to convince me they cut just 1/2 inch off. When I went in my hair was covering my ears completely. When I walked out it looked like some kind of buzzcut/mohawk combination. Plus my girlfriend tells me it is very badly cut and uneven. I wear a hat everywhere now! They don't listen to the customer then they blame the customer. Don't waste your sanity on this place. I won't go to any other Supercuts now either. Why? Because while the quality of an actual haircut can vary from place to place, what was more disturbing was the way they handled it. Those kinds of staff/training issues tend to be corporate wide in my opinion. That is my experience.

Please learn to cut and style please .... discussed with my hair and the amount I had to pay ... doing Groupon next time ... cheaper

I called ahead and I asked if I could set an appointment and the lady said we don't take appointments. LOL, since when is this some new rule? So then I said when can I come in and she said 2 hours! Well, screw it! I wouldn't recommend this supercuts anymore, I've been going here for more than two years but now their customer service is trash. There are other supercuts nearby don't waste $17.95 here.
