This was such a good experience for me! I am so beyond happy and grateful. This was my very first time getting a weave and I have had short hair since I was 16 — always wearing wigs to have long hair. Finally. At last! My dream hair can be more than a wig! Frankly if you don’t know these people through friends or family members you’re not going to get a good service. I came to get knotless left with box braids because my hair is “ too short for knotless” note my hair is ear length fully stretched. After the service my middle part was so far left I came back to get it fixed and they argued with me for 5 minutes asking “ what’s wrong with it” belittling my ability to see straight??? The worst part was 10 days after my service three of my braids came out.

I had a 10am appointment. I showed up on time and waited and waited and called and called.. no one picked up. I waited until almost 11 then I left. I had taken the day off work to get my hair braided and had to scramble to get someone else to do it same day. Disappointed isn’t even the word. 0/10 would not recommend.

10/10 Service 🤩 These wonderful ladies know exactly what there doing when it comes to hair braiding etc. I came in for box braids and the results are amazing. My braider was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. When it came to waiting for your appointment the wait wasn’t long at all. The prices are also really good, I paid $180 plus tip for medium box braids and I brought my own hair. Their shop also has a bunch of hair you can choose from including many different colors. 10/10 would recommend coming to this shop

Sadly won’t be coming back here again. To start off, my appointment was at 10 and I waited outside for 20 minutes/called multiple times before someone showed up. The lady (not the owner) who did my hair was super sweet/great convos. But unfortunately my box braids did not last. At 2 weeks, they were looking like 2 months. She also parted my hair too much too the point that too much braiding hair was weighing down my natural hair.
