I'll start by saying I love my hair. It looks amazing and I feel great, my stylist, Marcia, was nice and knowledgeable and that is why I'm giving this review 4 stars. And even though we agreed on a length and it's 2 inches shorter than what I asked for I am happy with how it looks. What I didn't enjoy was all the up charging. We talked at length about how I have never cut or colored my hair before, I was excited and she was excited for me. She knew I didn't know what to expect. I was never asked permission for the things this salon charges extra for. Such as - Styling. In fact, Marcia worded it as - "I wanna play with it! Its so pretty!" Zero indication the 5 waves placed with a curling iron would be an up charge. Additional mix of color- Never told this was happening or additional color mixing was needed, would have been nice to know. Toner- Again, never told this is an up charge as I've never had my hair done before. I had a root to end color and a partial foil, but nothing was said to me about what toner is used for AND that it's an up charge. It could be necessary but I have no idea. Staff was friendly and the salon is clean and beautiful. It just sucks when you're expecting to pay 160-200 dollars and surprise! the bill comes to 299. Be up front with your new clients.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable my 18 year old daughter will only go here for her hair. Also have a selection of hair products. Also have massages, pedicures and nail service. Friendly welcoming staff.

Nice hairdresser was able to match my color perfectly. Did a great job on cut as well. I plan on going back.

This place is amazing!! Iâ€™m getting married tonight, but this morning my hair dresser woke up with the flu! I called these incredible ladies and they fit me right in between appointments!! They saved my wedding day from being a giant ball of stress! The owner even included a free makeover. I am 100% going back and recommending this place to all my friends! You ladies are amazing!! :)
