Really.... I hope the manager is reading this! I came in on a Saturday 08/12 to be exact! First off the blonde that talked to me first couldn't have looked any more miserable. I was hoping I didn't get stuck with her. She handed me off to another woman that seemed pleasant at first. She was very rude while telling me what kind of look I was going to get if she cut my hair the way I was asking her to do. Understandable she's the stylist not me. However there is a way to talk to people. You don't have to have a rude tone and talk to me like I'm stupid. When she cut my hair which was one small section off the bottom, and blow dried it , it was a bit frizzy I asked if she had a round brush just so I could get the real feel for the cut . And she told me it would be a extra charge to do that. Lol people have no idea how much just a little smile and politeness means to people. What a disappointment!

I've gotten a few botched hair cuts here and a few really good ones. The last time I was there I got a cut that I requested to leave long on top and told them not to shave my neck as in i didn't want it leveled off just trimmed. Though it was my request I wasn't happy with my idea and asked her to trim the neck either later that day or the next I wasn't charged, she wanted me to like my hair cut of course. It was too long on top so I went back again and the owner charged me... She knew I had came in to get it fixed already but I still think i should have gotten it free and just paid a tip. So I paid for two hair cuts and even though I made the request and ended up not liking it I will not be back because that's not good customer service.

I really want to get Great Clips no rate because this was my second time going to great clips. The first time I went to great clips in was in roseville. The barber cut my hair the way I wanted. The second time I went back which was yesterday 8/09/2017 to the Chesterfield the one thats in the plaza with planet fitness , Petco etc. I ask for a taperfade! I told to women with the short hair to cut my hair down to a one gran. Basically a taper fade. She took it upon herself and gave my a military cut with bold spot in my head. I am really piss about then I got my little brother hair and they mess him up too. So I need to speak to the owner ASAP because your employees will make y'all lost a lot of customer by not following the customers order. I end up spend there dollars for something I didn't want. I want my money or something. I'm not a happy customer at all. I'm not trying to be rude or nasty but y'all need to get y'all barbers in check and send them back to school to learn how to cut and listen. Thank you!
