The hair stylist was amazing. She did the best job I've seen in a long time. Alisa was very polite and made sure my hair was done correct to what I wanted. Got right it no wait, unlike other stores. Will be coming back

We strive to make every client happy here. It is deeply regrettable when people refuse to let us correct issues they may have. Sometimes people can miscommunicate how they prefer to have things done and we are unfortunately held responsible for that. We do offer solutions to people who bring their issues to our attention. Unfortunately we can not control when people leave the salon before we have a chance to correct an issue they may have. We are ALWAYS willing to correct an issue within reason. Was told to blow dry my own hair because she needed to help someone as she was helping me, refused to do the the ombré I wanted because she didn’t like it. Made me choose a different style and screwed up my hair so bad and burnt & scatched the hell out of my scalp. She missed a whole section of my hair and tried acting like she didn’t notice when the other hair dresser pointed it out. Had to go to the other hair solo s the next day to get my hair fixed from 9 am until 5 pm.

Went to Fantastic Sams on Harper for the first time yesterday. Shannon was very nice and did an awesome job with my hair. Will definitely go back next time
