I have never written a review before but had such a terrible experience here. I went in for a simple haircut. The woman who checked me in was extremely rude. I crossed my fingers that she would not be the one to cut my hair but I was not so lucky. Her voice was very snotty and challenging throughout. She put the cape on very tight and when I asked her to loosen it a bit she said okay, then you're going to get hair all over your back but if that's what you want...Then she asked me what I wanted. I showed her with my hand where I wanted my haircut. She said, "oh, so you want 3 inches off". Again using my hand as a guide I said if this is 3 inches then yes I want 3 in. And then she said well I think that's really 3 and 1/2 in so you want three and a half inches off? I gave up and said yes. Then I told her I wanted weight taken off the bottom. I said usually they put in layers to achieve this. Her response was, "so do you want layers or what?!" In telling her what I liked and didn't like I said I did not want the back stacked. And she replied, "I never said I was going to stack the back!". I was very kind and patient. The whole thing was very awkward and uncomfortable. All the while the stylist next to us was talking very loudly to a customer about all of her bad customers. I could not wait to get out of there and was thinking all along I'll just go someplace else to get this fixed. My stylist had to ask others how to cut my hair because she didn't understand the weight off the bottom thing She clearly does not like people and does not seem to like what she's doing. She needs to be trained in Civility and friendliness

People only leave reviews with a really bad or good service - Sarah gave me the latter. Best haircut I ever had, and I've only been going to great clips since I was a kid, but many of em since I moved a lot. Only looked it up again cause I wanted to know the notes she said she put into the system. They had em and gave em to me!

Good if you've a simple request like cleaning up a neckline on short notice... anything more in depth, even cleaning up a fade with a little debulking where a curl makes a bump and you better know the stylist because you might end up with butchered tresses. Not a complaint, just, they tend to not have the experience if you're used to someone that's been investing some years in their craft.

This is the best spot to get an inexpensive haircut. We used to see Brianna until she left for medical leave. Really hoping she comes back but she will likely get swept up by a higher end place before returning. In Bri's absence we had April cut my son's hair. She did a fine job and was able to run with his wiggles.

My older son has gone here for years with mostly good service. Unfortunately I just brought my youngest son here and was treated rudely. After checking in, a young woman called his name and when she saw it was him she disappointedly said oh they didn't give you this. She proceeded to hand me a pick like tool and said you have to pick his hair out we don't do this. My son does have a little more hair on top and it was messy so I thought ok. We usually cut his hair at home so I have never experienced this before. But then she went back to her station and proceeded to talk to the other girl about how it would affect their wait time. After combing through his hair she came to the register and proceeded to ask the other girl what she should have dove with his name since he was listed under her name. At this point I realized she was stalling and not wanting to cut his hair, so I said at this point I'm not sure I'd you have experience cutting hair of biracial people. She said mumbled something and walked off. This could have been handled much better not very customer friendly at all.
