After spending over 4 hours and $400+ having both my daughters' hair colored for the new school year and their school pictures, we were extremely disappointed. One of my daughters had a painful experience. We had to request multiple times for the bleach to be rinsed out, because it was causing her so much pain. Their hair looked great when we left, but one of them still had a ton of dye on her scalp. Half of her color came out in one wash, even though we followed all the recommendations (including washing in ice cold water). With pictures just a few days away, I called the salon, in hopes something could be done. The receptionist was very unpleasant, except to offer for us to come in and pay for an entire new service. I asked that the manager/owner return my call. I never heard back from them. We have had much better, and less painful, results from home coloring, then this salon provided.
