We started taking our kids here for their haircuts about six months ago and have been very pleased each and every time. The ladies working here are very up to date on what hairstyles are current and they take their time and make sure to do a good job unlike other places that rush through it and stand there with their hand out ready to be paid. We’ve tried many other places in Battle Creek and more often than not felt like I could have done a better job myself.You will pay just a little bit more here for a kids got but you get what you pay for.

I booked my appointment online for expensive color and said I’d be willing to have any stylist, they booked the appointment with a random stylist and I had an e-mail confirming it, they called 50 minutes before my appointment to say that the 2 hour appointment I booked she didn’t have time for. This would have been my first experience with them, and it will be my last. Gladly taking my business elsewhere.

Xmas shopping for wife completed. Strong fragrances at door about made us leave. Staff here is hit and miss. One Sales associate in her 50s just snub us. Completely ignored our existence when I made direct polite contact. The younger sales associate was very helpful and polite.

Love this store! They carry the makeup brands that I use frequently. The only "bad" thing is that it takes them a while to get new products in. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. I shop here all of the time.

Very nice place to find high end make-up. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very large and has a great assortment of various items.
