Online check-in works wonderful. My wife and I both had excellent stylist that listened to the way we would like our haircut, and did it that way. Best cut in a long time.

It would have been nice if we didn't have to yell back and forth because the other stylist was vacuuming and banging stuff around and turning on hair dryers for no reason. Next time we're going to Cost Cutters..
