I love Prime Cuts (and Drew) so much that I am still more than willing to drive an hour and a half to get my hair done. I trust Drew fully and let him do what he wants and he always impresses. The staff is so kind there! I always feel welcomed!

Left with blisters on my scalp, only part of my hair colored, and still payed $40. I understand colors can react in hair, but whatever they mixed together melted the bowl and four other girls' hair the week before I was there. They even told me it ruined one girl's hair. It shouldn't be a guessing game, going to the salon, if you're going to leave with your hair still in tact or not. It was a miserable experience. Most of the staff seemed friendly, but what happened to me and those other girls SHOULD NOT have happened. Nor should I have still payed $40 for a small section of blonde and BLISTERS on my scalp. My friend was there with me, and waited two hours just for the stylist to say he didn't have enough time to do her hair. So she left with some cheap-looking colored hairspray in her hair and that's it. No cut or color- even though she had an appointment and waited two hours. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you personally know and trust one of the stylists. We had a terrible experience and will not be back.

This is the worst place to have anything done. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT. I was there to get a cut with a bit of color (I'm sorry to say that in starting to go a little gray...) And they first off turned my hair orange..... ORANGE. Im I work a customer service job and people come in look at me and yell "TASTE THE RAINBOW" it's really embarrassing. And they've ruined my life. After about a week now my hair is starting to fall out and I have chemical burns all over my scalps. Please beware and heed my warnings. STAY AWAY
