I have been coming here for about a year, a total of 5 times, and have had 2 different hair stylists. I have been fairy happy with the salon up until my last visit, which has made me never want to come again. The salon was looking dirty, the receptionist on the phone was not very professional and the one that sat at the desk when I came in barely acknowledged me. I also had a terrible hair cut and am very upset about it. I am debating writing management because what’s the point, I will never go there again. My cut was so unprofessional, took about 2 hours, and my stylist left me with a haircut that looks like I cut it myself. (Missed pieces, uneven sides, mismatched layers, and blunt chopped up pieces)

I have been to this salon several times over the years and love each visit! Great staff and a beautiful salon.

I absolutely loved my visit. It was my first time going to an Aveda salon and I am very satisfied. The stylist, I believe her name was Kelly? Was very friendly and didn't make me feel awkward at all, as I normally do with a new stylist. I admit I was a little scared of what I was going to get coming to a new salon, but I am very happy with the end product. The treatment I got was awesome also, my hair hasn't been this healthy in so long. Thank you so much l, I'll definitely be recommending this salon.
