Clean establishment. Friendly hair dresses. I have taken my 7 year old here twice. We had two different hair dressers and they both did a great job on my son's hair. The price is right. Very pleased

Bella I believe was her name was very knowledgeable however I don't have a lot of hair to work with so can only say she does great on thin straight hair. Am sending my sister to her who has THICK short hair. Will update after.

Clean store and the staff does their job well. I've never had a complaint about a haircut here. But the staff when they are cutting your hair is silent some of the time which just makes the experience a little awkward.

This post is for the salon in Beverly Hills, MI. My worst experience ever at a Great Clips! I went in for a trim (dead and uneven ends of hair). What I received was a full blown haircut. The stylist cut at least an inch or more, in addition to a trim. I explained quite clearly and in detail that my hair natural grows at different lengths, so my hair will need to be cut in sections. I also explained how my hair works best moist to wet; as opposed to dry. The stylist begins to spray my hair with a water bottle as oppose to wetting my hair in a shampoo bowl... 'Ok fine!. However, when I tell you to work in sections, why aren't you doing just that. She took the different sized sections and combed them together and began to cut at the back bottom of my hair. I reiterate that it's best to work in sections. She responds with an attitude and states, "If you wanted your hair cut in layers you should have said so". I politely respond saying "Well, let's just call the sections layers. Please trim my hair in layers. Because you're chopping too much off using this method". She responds rudely and loudly, "Hair is just hair"! I immediately got out the chair, removed the apron, and left out. I told her that her service and attitude was horrible and I will not be paying today. I will NEVER go back to this salon ever again. If that curly haired, rude, untalented, unprofessional b***ch ever works there another day; then I place shame and blame on the salon and Great Clips as a company. She even stated rude things about another customer to me, and I don't even know this stylist personally. In the 30+ years she stated she's been doing hair you'd think she would have perfected her craft, talent, and professionalism a bit. Here's a tip lady: If you don't know what to do or how to manage a simple request, then say so. I will respect your honesty more than I do your lack of any talent. I've been getting my hair cut at several Great Clips locations for years, requesting and receiving the same cut. Never have I received such horrible and unprofessional service. If the stylist wasn't familiar they respectfully stated such, and I understood. I'm not expecting anything out of this complaint other than to know that she will no longer service any of your locations again. Your feedback is appreciated.
