I gave 2 stars because the shop was clean, they offer coupons for subsequent visits, and the staff was kind. Unfortunately, I can't say much else nice. Their services have prices that are entirely too high for the quality of the work. I paid $180 for treebraids (I've only ever paid $150 everywhere else). I had to have my style redone after only 3 days and then the second time around it lasted me 8 days. I was also required to purchase and provide the hair both times ($140 in hair all together). The owner was nice and professional when I came to her about my concerns with my hair and I requested that she be the one to restyle my hair, she denied my request and said that the previous stylist would do it for me. The previous stylist (who was also nice) did my hair again, but it still lasted less than 2 weeks. My tree braids usually last me 2 months. I wouldn't recommend this place for tree braids. I can't speak for any other styles.
