Excellent customer service. Hannah was my stylist - she did a great job. I do recommend Grondin's to my friends.

Well first of all I don't take the time to give a bad review unless it's completely necessary. On Saturday around 245 pm I went to this place of business. I had a woman named Annie cut my hair. I don't want to say anything about any other stylist but in all my years of getting a hair cut this was the worst! I was far enough away from the mirror that I didn't see the destruction she did 2 my hair. I asked for a 2 on the sides and blend it. She mentioned how ppl come in saying how nice it is outside and how she was stuck in here and disliked hearing it. How miserable. I should have ran then. I got home and looked in the mirror and she didn't even cut around my ears, my hair was uneven everywhere. What an absolute mess. So I called there that day around 330 when I got home. They closed at 4 mind you. Telling me to come back so they can fix it. No thanks if you allowed me to leave like that then you've lost my business. I went to hair cutz in burton where the lady salvaged what she could. I had to cut off alot more just for her to be able to fix it. They did awesome and I recommend to go there or anywhere but this grondins. So today I called there and spoke to a manager at grondins where she informed me that even though I had a receipt from another place 2hrs later to fix what her stylist did to my hair that I wouldn't get a refund of my money. She said I should have waited until Monday to have them fix it since they closed Saturday at 4. So go the rest of the weekend covering your terrible hair cut and let us fix it come monday. Wow some people and how they do business. Id like to see her or anyone else go the rest of the weekend being embarassed about their hair so they can "fix it" Smh... Well there you have it... I said well I'll go on here and let ppl know to take their money and go elsewhere. So your welcome.
