Great, serene space. Fabulous head massage. I had highlights on my first visit— Erin did them perfectly which has not happened for me in GR in 20 years. My haircuts(2) have been awesome and look great until the next visit. Erin really is an expert with short hair! She has the expertise required for shaping and styling. As an aside, she has curly hair so I am sure she knows how to cut it to make it look fab as well- obviously I don’t have curly hair.

Great space with supreme natural lighting from large windows. Started off with a head and neck massage using oils from local beauty supply shop (Fox Naturals). They smelled incredible! When washing my hair, there was a stool to put my feet up on. I have never seen this simple addition before at a salon and it really upped my relaxation. The salon has a minimalist set up and all areas looked clean, not cluttered. Lauren Glowacki (owner+stylist) was mindful of brushing my gnarly hair and shaped my bangs with ease. You can tell she has an incredible love for styling hair. Each of the stylists at the salon stay on top of their education so you can trust your hair will leave looking up-to-date. I feel E+L Salon is incredibly thoughtful from the moment you enter to even the moments after you leave (they send out their waste [foils, color waste, hair clippings] to be disposed of in a sustainable way)! Can't wait to go back to get highlights.

Great salon‼️ Friendly, cheerful and a very clean environment. Samantha Klug is on trend!! She gives great advise when your not sure what you want to do with your hair. It turned out perfect! Sam is a very innovative stylist. First time in this salon and I will be back! 😍

Such an overall great and relaxing experience. Great Clips I had my hair cut by two other stylists there and they both do an awesome job. Men's haircut includes a shampoo in hot towel as well so it's like a mini spa experience.
