My hair is THICK, unruly, & hard to manage. Katie (hope I spelled that right) is hands down AMAZING! I am VERY picky on how my hair gets done because I've had too many prior mishaps but Katie is really honest & will make sure you don't ruin your hair when needing an IMMEDIATE CHANGE amongst a break up to help you feel better about yourself! She gave me great tips & had better ideas than I did for myself. I've been 2xs now to see her, but I feel like I've known her forever. She's fixed my hair from a prior mess up. I will 100% go back to her! In fact, I have another appointment with her tomorrow :)

Went in for a color & was denied. I loved the lady that gave me the conditioning treatment & haircut that I ended up paying for . However, she had a set price for me & when I spoke up & said I was used to paying more for my hair they tried to get me for every dime. A different girl increased my price by $10 because my hair was 1 inch past my shoulders & when the manager saw my hair he raised the price by almost $50 for the color. It started to seem like little hidden fines & fees were being added as soon as I opened my mouth. I read their entire price sheet & I saw how much it was to flat iron a person's hair even with the "$10 charge extra for hair below the shoulders" (even though I I'm barely an inch below), but the manager tells me it's $35 for a flat iron for me. They wouldn't dye my hair because they said my hair would fall out if I did. I've been to several salons before & I've never had anyone tell me they would NOT dye my hair or that my hair would fall out because of it. I was very unpleased with the way I was taken advantage of here, but I really enjoyed the lady that worked on my hair & she did one of the best hair cuts I've had in a LONG time. I want to go back to see her, but not if I'm being pushed around like that. That was ridiculous. Overall with my cut, blonde color, & toner I was looking at almost $200. There's noway I'm paying that. It was over $40 just for the conditioning treatment & cut alone!

It is a borics, they cut hair. This is my preferred location these days. There are at least three employees that can cut hair like a boss. I get a rather simple haircut but I have cowlicks and a mean widows peak, they take the time to make me look good.

Great place in and out! My hair stylist was Alex and he did a excellent job, very easy to talk too, and is really knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

I absolutely love my experiences every single time I come here! I go to Alex specifically, but I've seen little miss stylish Amanda, rock her hair cuts as well! Alex is amazing. He made me feel beautiful about myself when I hadn't seen myself in that light for a long time. He made me look and feel great! I work at McLaren and get tons of compliments on my hair every single day! He does my daughter's hair as well as mine and masters both! I recommend him to everyone I know.
