I went with my friend on Saturday, 7/21/2018. I’m very dissatisfied with the staff. The lady who was young she was so rude to us and she don’t know how to cut hair. After cutting when I was paying I told her I have Great clips card at that time she was making faces and after swiping she cut my card and throw that into the dustbin. When I ask why she throw it she told me it was last haircut so I throw that. she didn’t even ask me and she was telling lie that we have policy that when it is “0” we should throw it. I called to great clips customer service number they told me you can refill and use it again.After Sometime she was telling me to switch to new promotion card. I think so that is the reason she cut my card. Guys beware and go on your own risk.

I got my hair cut last Sunday by Gussy (I think that was her name). I had her take several inches off for a nice "summer" haircut. She did a fantastic job!!! I love it and have received so many compliments on it. I am a longtime customer and will keep it up. Great Clips is great!!!

This place is an abomination and a disgrace. Not only do they not have any idea how to to cut hair, they also do not know the first thing about customer service. The staff is rude and incompetent at best and will not even take the time to cut hair, but they sure will take the time to QUADRUPLE count the change they owe you. The lady that cut my hair did not even bother lining up my hair, the very thing i paid her to do. And when i told her to do it, she said it was fine and "she knows better". This place needs to be shut down by corporate, and disregarded altogether. I would not wish a cut by great clips upon my worst enemy. This place is a rip off, a scam and an embarrassment. "worst clips" is a much more fitting name. The staff clearly does not care about their jobs nor their customers. invest your money elsewehere because these people have zero talent, let alone skill. No motivation to do a proper job, and they also force you to put your information into the system for god knows what for (most likely selling your information or will spam your phone number). I honestly came out of great clips with a haircut 10x worse then what it was originally. The staff is arrogant, shortsighted, unmotivated, snobby and severely lacking in skill and vision. These are not hair artist, these are scam artist.

I stopped in for a hair cut and style. I was so very happy with the end results, I am 78 years old and have been to many salons through the years, some very high end salons. I think this was the first time that I got a hair cut and style just the way I wanted it. After I left the salon I went to Kohl's, as I was checking out, the sales person told me how beautiful my hair looked. So Thank you Cynthia for the fantastic job. I will be back.
