My wife has had great experiences here before, so we went to have both our daughter's hair done. The lady who usually does my wife's hair greeted us pleasantly and asked how many haircuts we needed. She responded, "A full cut for the oldest and just a trim for the youngest." Another woman we hadn't seen before butter in and felt the need to "do the math" for my wife. "That's TWO haircuts", she said snottily. Followed by a very curt, " You can sit down." Apparently she either 1. Didn't want to work on a Sunday and was grouchy or 2. Just doesn't know how to talk to people. My wife was so mad we took the girls to Great Clips up the street and the ladies there knew how to speak to us without acting like we were putting them out. We won't be back to this place ever again.

Had the best haircut ever yesterday morning. Unfortunately I didnâ€™t get the womanâ€™s name, but she had medium length blonde hair and she was very friendly. I got my hair cut short and it was my first time there but itâ€™s now my new place.

I usually have a wonderful experience here, prices are good and the girls here are awesome. I had a not so good experience yesterday and this was the only time I have had a complaint. Lynn cut my hair and I just asked her to take off the dead ends. She did that just fine although, she was talking about how "we aren't even getting to the core of the breakage" and "wow, your hair is really thin on this side" and "oh, yeah looks like you have some dandruff problems." She didn't recommend anything for any of my "issues" she was just pointing them out. It was so consistent that as I was running errands afterwards I felt like crying and cutting off all of my "damaged hair." I will still continue to come for trims but I was very surprised at the treatment I got this time.

The lady that does my husband's hair, I love she takes her time and focuses on task. I don't go in a lot to get a cut. I went in to get a trim about an inch taken off. The girls doing my hair took off 4 to 6 inches. Asked me why my hair was shorter in front. I explained to her that I have a framed angle in the front. After she had already did the first cut she preceded to ask me if I had layer? Yes I do are they not noticeable? She took my hair and butchered it. I am not happy. The wait is never long.
