This location although nice because it's at that mall needs to retrain their staff. Very often when I go there and I need assistance, you can't never find anyone. Then if you do, they like to act like they're too busy to help you and give you the wrong information. Just the other day, I was in the line to pay and they only had a lady cashier (full figured with tattoos) at the register while a whole group of employees were all gathered in the front of the store talking and hanging out while the line wad VERY long. I went to them and asked if there's somewhere else I could cash out and they all looked at me all crazy and said nope, that's the only cashier. Pretty bad customer service. Will not be returning and others in that line said the same.

I am a platinum member at Ulta, and have always found the customer service to be sub-par. However, my worst experience happened a couple weeks ago when I got highlights done. Not only was staff unprofessional (one member was painting her own nails) but the woman who did my hair was lazy with her highlight application. Instead of weaving and separating strand by strand with a pick, on the mid sections of my hair she just alternated levels (i.e. Bleached a whole section and the laid down an unbleached section). I am also not at all tender headed at all, but she was so aggressive with shampooing and brushing my hair I watched as my hair was yanked out. However the worst part of my experience came when she did not wash the bleach out of the hair around the nape of my neck causing severe breakage. She didn't even fully blow dry my hair. For a 100 dollar service I was extremely disappointed. I called management a few days later only to be told I would be called back by a salon manager (which never happened) and had the phone was hung up on me. After calling again and speaking with a district manager did they agree to refund my service. However the first insisted that they "fix the problem", I told them that I wouldn't trust them with my hair ever again. It was just a horrible experience and horrible customer service.

This store is a mess. Shelves are a disaster, stock is pitiful, and what items they do have have often been opened and used. Management needs to step up their game. Customer service stinks. Employees don't greet customers on the phone and then rudely hang up on them (Amanda)

Sometimes the store is clean and sometimes its a hot ass mess. My recent experience was a hot ass mess. Bought a primer and opened the box upon returning home, low and behold its an old used bottle of primer. I am absolutely disgusted.

Staff are always friendly and helpful when I come in from time to time. I got my hair done for the first time at the Salon and Lucyna did an excellent job! She was friendly and patient with my needs and helped me get the hairstyle and color that I wanted.
