I only went with this location as it was on my way home from work on Friday 9/1, as the Great Clips by Wal-Mart is my primary location for haircuts. Needless to say it will be my only visit to this location. I checked in online 20 minutes before arriving, and once I got there I was the only one waiting. Shortly after I got there, a Man and his two children just walked in and were greeted immediately as I was. The only one on staff went to check them in, and had troubles with it. Then told them it would be a minute and her coworker would be back to help. As soon as her coworker got back, she took the man who had literally walked in before me, without even seeing if I was next or not. Which I thought the entire point of checking in was to be the next person to get their haircut because they scheduled a time online. Then once I got up to get my haircut, I sat down and let her know the style of cut I wanted. She then proceeded to carelessly cut my hair. Not asking any questions about how I was doing, nor how it was looking. At the other location down the road (my normal place), they go above and beyond to make sure I am doing good, chatting with me and making it a positive experience. The total opposite of this location, the lady didn't seem to have a care in the world, and just went away cutting my hair. Not at all the experience I was expecting from Great Clips, I left just a $3 tip, and left very unhappy. Never again will I go to this location.
