They greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors, and asked if I needed a beverage. They were very kind and seemed to know what they were talking about. I got 14 inches cut off to donate and got pretty emotional. They were all so supportive and put my hair in an adorable little bag for me to bring home. I would’ve liked to have a little more conversation going on with the lady doing my hair, but other than that it was great!

I LOVE this salon. They have everything. I have followed Quinn since she was in Aveda School and she is fabulous. She does exactly what I want every time and she is gets quicker every time I see her. The environment is great and I recommend to all of my friends!

What a waste of money! I booked a makeup application with Quinn. Had an event and wanted to look polished. She asked first if there was a look I was hoping to achieve and I showed her a picture of myself a year ago when I had a wedding and had my makeup done. When she was about to apply foundation, I told her to stay away from any yellow-based foundations and to stick with the more pink rose tones. When she was finally done with the foundation, I asked for a mirror and saw the foundation she applied was yellow-based. It was so apparent. I looked jaundiced. When I asked her why would she do that, she then brought another makeup technician over who instructed her which foundations she should use. I also asked her not to apply eyeliner above the eye, as I've got smaller eyes and it just makes them look smaller, but to apply it underneath. Anyway, when she was done, I looked in the mirror and could not believe what a terrible job she did. She barely applied mascara, and just on the top lashes, and since I have blond lashes, you couldn't even see my eyes. She used a neutral color as eyeshadow and blush and she did not use the eyeliner under the eye. She didn't even bother to put lipstick on to finish the look. I had to REDO everything she did.....added a little color to my cheeks, added tons more mascara, added eyeliner and of course lipstick. Waste of 65 dollars!!!

My stylist Julie Klinge was wonderful and I was more than happy with how my Ombre/Balayage & Haircut turned out. The color looks terrific and 100% natural. I am very pleased and had a great time chatting with Julie during my entire 2 hours and 15 minutes at the salon. She is so easy to talk to and knows how to make your hair look exactly the way you want it to look. Will most definitely be returning to this salon next time!
