Lori cuts the entire family's hair. She does a great job, is affordable and flexible with scheduling. I used to drive across the state to get my hair done as I could not find anyone in Grand Rapids that could do my hair (and didn't charge an arm and leg). I have finally found a great place here at the Hair Lounge.

I always have a great experience. Jenny is amazing at doing my nails. She takes her time to make sure they're perfect. I definitely recommend going to see her here!

Used the salon for the first and last time. I had a groupon and thought this was a great opportunity to try a new place as I am looking for a new nail salon. It was awful. Brand new employee in that day with a full booked schedule and this person knew nothing about the salon's expectations or where supplies were kept. The manicure was not acceptable and I will not go back. This owner was not even there and when called did not indicate she would be in to help with her relative that had walked in. She actually had a paying customer pulled out of the pedi chair to have the relative put in!!! There were not even enough employees present to handle the appointments that were there. Shame on this owner to terrible planning and lack of leadership.
