Beth is excellent as a hair stylist and a friend. My only complaint - the salon is in need of a cleaning person!

I've been a customer for years. They are friendly, experienced and do a job with both cut and color. Tim does s great job with curly hair! I highly recommend Ultima.

Waited for a half an hour for someone to even speak to me. Then was told they made an error and scheduled me for the wrong day. Didn't offer any help, sent me on my way. When I called them telling them I was upset by their rude service, they told me it was my fault for not interrupting one of the stylists (they were all working) and they won't do anything to fix THEIR errorS
