Staff extremely rude when I add to their waiting line. I’m first in line and she’s being insanely insultingly rude that I’m willing to wait to get my hair cut instead of drive to lapeer. She also lied about the wait time saying an hour when great clips estimates 16 minutes. Guess who just lost a tip...

The place is disgusting I do not know where the devils studied barbershop because it is a universal discipline and they do not know how to cut. I asked for the information and a cut that I did to my son I told them that I would prefer that they saw the cut in a photo but I do not look at it because I would do what the computer said that according to it was the same thing. The result my son came out crying from there should not even pay them. Expensive bad work and rude stupid is what works there. I do not know how they are still open.

There are new lady’s here all the time and online ordering never show up on time and if u walk in and you wait for 30 minutes and the online check in people come after you wait for ever
