If I could give a review 0 stars, this would be it. The older lady who did my eyebrows botched them and I can't stop crying. She COMPLETELY disregarded what I said and decided to do her own thing (if anyone cares, I asked her to clean up the stray hairs and keep my eyebrows as thick as they are; not to turn them into an asymmetrical, tapered mess). When I got home, I couldn't stop looking in the mirror nor could I stop crying. I eventually went back to tell them I wasn't satisfied at all. A different woman was there at the front desk and responded to my complaint professionally and full of sympathy. When I described the lady who did my brows to the woman, that said lady popped her head up from the hair washing station and gave me this God awful, death glare. All in all, I will not go again due to a possible future conflict (as well as saving myself from more glares).
