Always fast and friendly at this location. Never a very long wait, especially if you use their awesome app and check-in online beforehand. All you have to do is tell them at the desk that you checked in online, and boom, you're up next! Also, I love that they keep a record of how your hair was cut the last time, and they update it each time. (Very helpful for my son who likes to adjust his style- every time- according to his last cut.) I especially like this location specifically, because even though there's not a whole lot of room between chairs, they never mind when I stand right in their way! Thanks for putting up with my hovering mothering!! ;)

They do a great job, especially on my boys' hair. We love Chelsae, but they are all fabulous. We also love that they accept competitor's coupons!

The amount of chances I’ve given this place can’t be counted. They are nice people, but it really just doesn’t make up for everything else. They try to finsh your hair as fast as possible, don’t take their time, and in my situation, they either end up messing it up or blatantly just don’t do what you asked for. The entire staff except for one lady, I would consider to be the only qualified lady there. I went to another barber shop because I was sick of it and I couldn’t believe my first time going there it was actually good and what I wanted. I don’t recommend for anybody who is thinking about a new place for haircuts. Make the extra drive wherever it might be, you will be happy you did so.

Friendly staff and fast service. Check in online to save time. My haircut was good, although the stylist I had barely smiled or talked. My son's haircut was not good. The thing with reviews is that it highly depends on the stylist you get. My advice is that once you find a stylist you like, ask for him or her. They accommodate such requests.
