I had a truly unprofessional hair appointment with a girl named Anna Goins. I booked the appointment in advance letting her know I needed to be done by 2pm. to get my children from school. I live 30 mins. from the salon and from the salon to school is 25 mins. I also had to have child care for my toddler. She moved my appointment back last minute when I was already in town. Then when I got there (an hour after my original appointment time) I had to wait 45 mins. for her to finish working on someone else’s hair. She was not done with my hair by 2pm and I had to leave to pick my children up from school with product still on my hair. She told me to just come back that night. That was another 30 min drive for me and a school night for my children. When I got there at 8pm she made me wait an additional 40 mins while she was working on someone else. I was there until midnight and left with orange hair. I have always been blonde but NEVER has it been orange. I messaged her to get it fixed but honestly I did not have another 6 hours to waste. So I paid her 125 dollars plus tip and left. Then a few days later she messaged me that she washed all of her checks and needed a replacement. Her messages to me were rude and unprofessional. She even went as far as messaging my Grandmother ( My Grandma who was also a client that had a horrible ten hour experience having to have her hair re-done 2 times) telling her I owe her money. This is truly unreal and I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I called the salon letting them know of my experience but nothing was done. I left a Facebook review and the salon owner took it down and text messaged me personally saying I was slamming her business. Warning to anyone looking to have their hair done. DO NOT use Anna Goins. Save yourself the hassle!!!!! Getting your hair done should not be that stressful EVER !!!!!!!!!!
