Do I have to even give them a 1? I took all 4 of my boys In for a quick cut and they were hacked. I was talking to the girls saying how I wished I could just cut their hair and she said that's why we have 2 years of schooling! Really, 2 years for this? I will never have my children's hair cut there again. I should've known, if I wouldn't get mine cut there don't gets theirs cut there. Rate 0 waste of $56, I was nice enough to give them a tip for terrible cuts.

Great color stylist. I come in and Autumn always does a great job on coloring and cutting my hair. I even brought my 3 year old and 5 year old in and she did a great job with them as well.

TOTALLY MORTIFIED!!! Stopped in for a quick cut, explained to the girl that I just wanted the back cut short and to leave my sides alone as I was in the process of growing them out to create a wedged bob. When I was done, my entire head was layered. Upon further inspection when I got home, I noticed a huge hole on my right side, where I could see my neck and a huge clump of hair remaining on the left side. I returned the next morning, to have someone fix this catastrophe. The poor girl that attempted this, did what she could to even it up and told me she literally had to stop or I wouldn't have any hair left. I am totally devastated with this outcome- came in able to pull my hair back in a ponytail holder and left with a messed up type of pixie cut. #iwillneverreturn # totallydisgusted #hatemyhair #another6monthsofgrowingmyhairbacktowhatihad #lackofintellegence #unprofessionalAF

Horrible experience with my toddler. Bigger lady with a southern acent. I walked in 30 mins to close and my almost 3 year old was screaming and all he wanted was to sit down in the chair, and she proceeded to tell me 3 times, if he doesnt calm down in 2 mins than she was not going to cut his hair. I insisted he just needs to sit down. As soon as he sat down with his kindle, he was quiet as ever, and very still. Only issue we had was him looking up, so I had to hold his head up. Then she butchered his hair, and said, if I do not like it, I can come back tomorrow and she would fix it for free, "if hes calmed down". This is absolutely the worst service ive ever had here. Making me feel so belittled. I advise everyone to stay away from this stylist. We have been coming here for years, but this was the last straw when its not the first time hes had a bad haircut here. I still tipped her $10 because maybe she was having a bad day, but im so bitter about this place now. Lost our loyalty last night.
