I decided to make a pedicure appointment with this place because my boyfriend goes and is always happy with his hair and we wanted to help out a new salon. I called ahead and made an appt for 2 people. The manager said my appt was at 5:45 because the "nail tech" was sick that day. I showed up at my scheduled time and now she had a family emergency and wasnt going to be available until 7:30 so they were, in the exact words of the manager, "going to take care of" me while I wait, so I said I could use a trim. Now I really liked my haircut by Mike, which was the only good thing about this place. Then they said they will give me a deal and charged me $20 while I thought this was their way of making up for me having to wait 2 hours. I left to go to dinner and went back for my new appt. The lady was still 15more minutes late and came strolling in with her friend and a dunkin donuts drink. Sounds like she was sick/family emergency to me. She rushed through the appt, my nails look like crap, she didnt even scrap my feet and they charged me $30 for all of this. Oh and she only had time to do one of us. I was so mad. Now I was happy with my haircut so I made another appt to get some highlights. I showed up and Mike was "out sick" but nobody bothered to tell me. So they tried to get this so called nail tech to do my hair. After the job she did on my toes, I just said no thanks and walked away. I will not be returning. They are lucky they do the best fades my bf has found in Sterling Heights or I would make him stop giving his money to them. That guys name is Ace. He really does a good job. I do not even know how this place stays in business because they are definitely not trying to retain customers.
