I love makeup as much as the next girl and this Ulta location is full of knowledgeable people who are almost always willing to help. However, it seems really crowded in there, and it just gets worse every time I stop in. I understand they're trying to cater to all of their customers but it makes shopping really hard when 2 people can't walk in opposite directions down an aisle without almost bumping into each other. I generally have to avoid aisle altogether if 2 or more people are down there because I can't make it down the aisle, which ultimately makes me spend so much less money (good for my bank, not for the business). Overall, I do like this store and it is full of lots of great stuff, organized, clean, and the employees are kind. My only quarrel is with the lack of space to move around!

I go in here quite often and spend quite a bit of money here on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I find the service to be inadequate 90% of the time I go in there. The staff helps other ladies that shop there (mostly just the older ones). Staff chats with them and helps them find what they need and finishes with them. I'll be walking around clearly trying to find a specific item and the staff never stops to ask me if I need help, even if we make eye contact. If I need help sometimes i'll ask, but when I do, they give me a very basic answer and walk away. They're never chatty or friendly with me like they are with other women. I don't know if its because i'm younger (19) and they think i'm not gonna spend as much money or what. I find it really offensive and it really does ruin my shopping experience. I've been going in here and shopping for two years or so, and I've only been stopped twice to ask if I needed help.

There's no service in here. The staff doesn't say hello when you walk in, or ask if you need anything. I stood at the salon counter for over 15 minutes and the girls in the back were just chatting away. No customers. They saw me, but didn't bother to even say that they would be a minute. I go in here like once a year because the products are all amazing...it's just too bad that I can never get the full service when and if I do ever need it. I really wish I had better things to say about this place. Sorry!
