They are very polite and professional people, but DO NOT let them do your faux locs. I was losing locs in less than 2 weeks. $220 down the drain. I've lost over 15 locs already. Thumbs down on the faux locs. They need to get it together. They were doing a girls box braids and they looked good though

My first time at this particular shop was today and I feel in love. I ask that my hair be done by a certain time and it was. My hair braiders were very nice as well as the guy that talk to me over the fone and scheduled my appointment. They even played some of my favorite gospel songs🤗🤗. I too am a professional braider so I know good quality when I see it. I highly recommend this particular shop to any and all. I got tie zillions because I’m seeing them lesser nowadays and I’m so tied of seeing and waring the box braids lol my opinion. May our good and faithful GOD up above continue to bless this shop with all the tools needed to keep it standing. #skills #muchlove #manyblessings #keepupthegoodworks🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️

I went to get ty-zillions done today because I saw my friend's hair after getting her ty-zillions done at NeNe's. She referred me and I'm glad she did. I, like my friend that sent me, also braid hair and do it well but I just wanted to treat myself and get something that would last for a while. I am amazed at how neat my hair is and the woman who I believe is the owner braids so good and fast. I was very pleased with how well she did.The only thing that I am dissatisfied with is how thin my hair seems. I invisioned having a head full of curly hair with all the braids that I have. I am not dissatisfied enough to give a low rating or to even dare complain negatively to them about this simple issue. I'll just ask that they use more weave to make it fuller next time. I have gotten so many compliments already and I have been referring all my friends. I will be going back to get my hair done at nene's.The ladies were very kind and they worked so hard. Thank you!

Wish I could give 1/2 a star. My 10 year old got latch hook braids from them on labor day 2017. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. NeNe arrived 10 minutes late. Then when she got there so asked me to help her blow dry my daughters hair to straighten it more. Then during blow drying my daughter was crying and she didn"t stop just kept blow drying vigorously pulling from the root. She kept saying she only came in for us she is tired. She did the basic straight back braids instead of a horizontal pattern in the back so she could get home. She was snagging the hair while putting it in..I asked her to remove a large piece she put in the front where the smaller pieces should be. She started throwing packs of hair around saying "you tell me what size is which" ..."you sort them". I replied "no thats your job". I guess she thought ahe was gonna put me to work again. After 3 hours in the chair my daughter asked to get up and stretch. She said no she has to get home. This is when I had ENOUGH! THIS IS AMERICA TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT ESPECIALLY CHILDREN!! YOU ARE NOT DOING A FAVOR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES. YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKE YOUR BUSINESS. CLEAN YOUR SHOP AND YOUR ATTITUDE. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!
