Great talent; worth driving 20 miles each time to get my hair cut!

I have been going to Willow Salon for 5 years and every time I go in I'm amazed at the awesome customer service and professionalism from all the staff. I never go in to my appointment nervous about how my hair will turn out! They always do such a good job and are always up on the latest trends! I recommend Willow Salon to all my friends! In fact, I recommend them so highly that I drive an HOUR just to get my hair done! There is a reason they have won numerous categories in the "Best of Maple Grove"!

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Nicole for the past two years and she does an amazing job every time! The staff is also always so friendly. I highly recommend checking out Willow Salon if you haven't done so already!

My experience at Willow was terrible. I went in for a hair trial for my wedding- just wanting tight curls and nothing else. Went home with essentially straight hair with a couple loose waves. I have NO idea why she had such a hard time. I curl my own hair and it stays all day long and never falls. It seriously seemed like she had never curled someone's hair before and even hit me with the curling iron. Stylist seemed very annoyed with me and acted like I was wasting her time. I was close to tears. Nobody offered any solutions or a trial with a different stylist. All in all, I would not reccomend this salon for special event hair.
