Stopped in today for a last minute haircut for my teenager. We normally wouldn't go here, but we thought it was no big deal for a quick trim. The gal, who I believe was the manager, was incredibly rude. She made multiple snide comments to my daughter. My daughter has VERY thick, long hair that is a bit hard to manage especially when she needs a cut, hence why we were there. The stylist asked her if she had just given up on combing her hair. I asked her a question about pulling the dye out of my daughter's hair and she made a face like I was a complete idiot for asking such a question. She then had a conversation about eyebrows with a co-worker and how they hate a certain way some people do them and proceeded to do the quick eye dart in my daughter's direction to her co-worker. Seriously? I had no idea that the Great Clips staff feel they are so elite that they need to rudely judge the clients that come in for a quick service. I felt like we were in a movie portraying a snobby salon in Beverly Hills. Needless to say, that was the the first and last time I will ever spend a penny at Great Clips. I will stick with paying more for better and KINDER service. Thanks for the lesson ladies!

The lady with red hair wasnt even gonna cut my 9 year olds hair due to his psoriasis on his face! She acted like it was the plague and made him feel really bad about it with how she reacted.... Im reporting this woman because she caused emotional trauma to my son!

I had seen good reviews when I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut so I was optimistic going in. When I first sat down the gal I got didnâ€™t offer a shampoo (I know it was an additional cost but I like when Iâ€™m still offered the chance to shampoo). She then proceeded to squirt so much water on my hair that it soaked the back of my shirt. After rushing my hair cut and cutting my bangs unevenly, the employee then rushed me out to tend to everyone else. No drying, no brushing off excess hairs, nothing. I was less than thrilled with my service and my cut and will not be returning.

Always friendly staff and have frequent sales if you watch for them. Prices are slightly higher than some competitors.

As with most hair cutting places, it's very hit or miss depending on which employee you get. I've had both really great and mediocre experiences at this location.
