Me and my mother are extremely disappointed with the stylists at Belli Capelli. My hair came out green/grey on the ends after toner and after insisting they not take any length off of my mom's hair, they chopped 2-3 inches off of it. We came in to get it done for professional graduation photo's and now have to go spend another 200 getting it corrected. We will not be returning.

JAMIE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO BEAUTY SCHOOL! I have curly hair and I went to BC to get styling suggestions for curly hair and I said that if you have to cut it, to TRIM IT, I have been growing my hair out and I want to keep it long. JAMIE goes and cuts 14 INCHES off!!! When I got home and realized that JAMIE and her 30 years experience gave me a MULLET! I went back to have JAMIE look at, she even ask if I felt like it was a mullet and I said yes, she proceeds to tell me that its not. She refused to do anything about it. After emails and phone calls requesting to talk to the owner and heard nothing from him, I was finally able to talk to the manager who proceeded to tell me that JAMIE is a level 4A stylist and that it was my fault for having her ruin my hair that I said something wrong. So after not getting any of my $180 that I spent there back, I had to go to a different salon, luckily the stylist I saw was a complete sweetheart and fixed my hair for free! So don't go to this AWFUL RUDE Salon! Don't see JAMIE, she knows NOTHING!

Ivy was absolutely amazing! She is a very attentive listener, very knowledgeable about hair color, and very patient, taking her time to do a thorough and beautiful job. I am now a forever customer of Belli Capelli!

I absolutely adore everything about Belli Capelli the Salon. It's fantastic. The stylists are incredible. This is my hair home and I hope I never have to go anywhere else.

Staff were not friendly. Went here with my sister for her first time dying her hair and was told I couldnâ€™t be by her even though the chair next to the stylist was empty. Every time I went to check on her someone made an excuse to get me back to the waiting room. Very uncomfortable and bad vibe here. If you didnâ€™t have the room to accommodate for the people you shouldnâ€™t have moved into this space. Also it was 30 dollars more expensive then she said in the beginning and the hair looks no different. Would not return.
