We made an appointment for our child's first hair cut, and unfortunately we were running a little late, we got there 6 minutes after our scheduled appointment and were told they had moved on and we couldn't be seen. They stated their policy was if you are more than 5 minutes late you cant be seen, however, that was not relayed to me when I made the appointment. When trying to follow up on the issue, the manager wouldn't even apologize for the policy not being relayed to us upfront, and she told me it's not possible to make each and every customer aware of the policy. When I contacted the corporate office I was informed this is not a policy they stand behind. The manager expected me to know our appointment was only 15 minutes, but I am not sure how I was supposed to be aware of that as a first time customer and none of this information being relayed to me at the time the appointment was made.
