My first visit here went fairly well. At the time my hair was long enough to donate so I got my haircut for free, which was nice. All subsequent visits have been pretty terrible though. The wait was ridiculous (literal hours), not to mention how overpriced the place is. The lady cutting my hair had the nerve to mock me because she thought she saw a gray hair. Just...why would you treat your customers like that? Overall would not recommend.

Tried giving them the benefit of doubt twice over a year span. First time the gal never even wet my hair down and considering I have a natural curl/straight combo it ended up being all uneven. Second time same thing. The gal also did my eyebrows giving me NO expression. Seriously my eyebrows were straight across. Never again will I go here.

I stopped in to get a quarter inch off my hair at the Red Wing, MN shop to clean up the back and ended up coming out scalped. There are big chunks cut out on the sides which look like an attempt to layer but instead looks like a child took after with a scissors. Also one side has more hair than the other. Also never even shaved the back so I have long hairs below the hair line. I am furious- if I would have been able to see hoe bad I would never have paid for the cut. Now I have to go someplace else to have fixed because it is ridiculous. Had it done last night and have had 3 people ask me what the heck happened. Seriously how do these people get their license. WORST place.

This lady named lila commented on my sisters hair making very rude remarks saying we should brush our hair because we had snags and when she was halfway with me she had told my mother there would be a $15.00 charge for density and length even though we had waited 3 hours and she could have cut our hair earlier because there was an hour when no one was there. She could have cut our hair earlier. And my hair is not very dense and was an inch or two over the length of the length required. We will definitely not go there again we have never had such a bad experience ever with the sallon but she acted so rude to us and not anybody else even tho there were other hispanic people there. WE WATED THERE FOR 3 AND HALF HOURS!!!!!!!!

Completely understaffed. Made an appointment earlier in the day. Got there was told it would be 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I was told another 10. Cancel my appointment then. Of course after they took a walk in eye wax. A guys haircut takes hlaf the time. There's a reason they have a terrible rating. Do yourself a favor and go to MensSalon. They will treat you right there.
