I wanted to treat myself to a blow out after a long work week. I mentioned I had some dry shampoo in my hair, and the stylist I had said, “oh, we’ll wash your hair a few times then...” Brushed the comment off and went forward. She tangled my hair up, then continually sighed as if me getting a service from her was an inconvenience. She made comments about how dry my hair is, and how nice it will be when I get my hair cut. What was supposed to be a treat and relaxing after a very stressful week turned into a lot of condescending treatment and me feeling uncomfortable. She even asked where I part my hair, I told her in the center, and she styled my hair with a very dramatic, deep side part. I felt like I was being judged for some dry shampoo, being due for a trim, and not listened to whatsoever. Would not return, and wouldn’t recommend a service there unless you’d like to leave feeling more stressed than when you came.

Manager turned us away claimed they were to busy. Walked past 25 minutes later they were all still sitting at the front desk doing nothing. Told us to go to master cuts, sounds good will never come back here!
