Let me introduce my situation I just had a full shoulder reconstruction and replacement rebuilding of the muscles and my joint .. I am in these people mercy for respect not something I received at this location. Not happy empathy these people do not have. I have issues with my hair specific hair shampoo for my skin and hair. I tell them I brought my own shampoo and the person that is labeled managed says to me " what if we use your shampoo and your hair falls out ? You would sue me" Excuse Me !! First explain why I'm going to the effort of protecting my hair, curls and skin of my scalp bringing my own shampoo and skin care. I need the best care for my hair not some cheese treatment that will cause me problems from fancy expensive shampoo's. So I waisted my time even coming to this place

I went in for a basic sides-shave and top-trim (think undercut all the way around my head). I've had this haircut for over a year now, and it's very easy to trim as needed. I sit down and explain what I'm looking for. The sides were done great. So far so good. Next up, the top portion of my hair. I told the woman I only wanted about an inch off the top... I described how much I wanted off, and even held up my hair and showed her. She then held up my hair and we agreed on that amount to be cut off. She then proceeded to keep cutting and cutting and cutting.... She took off about 5 inches! As she was cutting in the front of my head, I made the comment "Oh, that's quite a bit shorter than I was expecting!" Her response? "Ha, yea..." HOW IS THAT AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE?!? Fine. Whatever. It's hair, it grows back, right? I'm a little disgruntled at this point, but I knew I was getting a cheaper haircut. Moving on. At the end, she showed me with a mirror what the back of my hair looked like, and I noticed a small white spot, but she flashed the mirror so quickly I just thought it was just a speck of dust or maybe I had a spot of grey hairs coming in or something... Getting home to learn from my roommate that this woman KNICKED MY HAIR with the razor, leaving a COMPLETELY SHAVED SPOT on the back of my head.... And did not even say a WORD to me about it! I regret giving her a tip! This was absolutely not an okay experience, and I will NOT be going back. EDIT: I reached out the "owner" per their response below the same day as I wrote this review and STILL have not heard back a week and a half later. What a terrible way to do business.

My son was really exited to get a new haircut because he has a really important tommarow but he left really disappointed from this place place because the person who atended him didn't do her job right and now they lost a clinte.
