Have been here for many years and I always get the perfect hair cut.They also got nice products, great customer service

I went with a friend to get his hair cut. And I was very disappointed by the customer service or lack there of. The never once welcomed guests as they entered the salon. They just expected clients to know that they are supposed to check themselves in on a tablet. An older gentleman sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to check him in. Then a lady finally came up to grab the next client still not offering to help until he asked her and she finally helped him. Then there's the hair cut that my friend got he showed a picture of the hair cut he wanted. The picture was a lower blended bald fade with long on top but still blended. He came out with a not fully blended high and tight with the top not cut and disconnected. Very disappointed in his hair cut!! Also one of the stylist was chewing gum. Which is very unprofessional and unsanitary.

I REALLY do enjoy the quick massage, the hot towel on the face and yes...most of all... the amazing head massage during the shampoo process. Ugh I felt relaxed and very pleased with my cut when I left!!
