Showed the stylist a picture of me with the perfect hair cut (done by a different Great Clips stylist). A simple layered trim. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! At best, my hair is only 1" long!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! Only good thing, it will grow out, after my ears freeze.

The haircut is always great, but please, hire some more stylists. The last 3 times I've been in there, various days of the week, various times, there's only been two stylists working, and the wait is too long, even with using online checking. Thanks..

My daughter got the worst haircut by the RUDEst stylest. She was unfriendly throughout the appointment. She poked her scissors into my daughters neck and did not apologize. The haircut was uneven and choppy. She rushed through the haircut in a few minutes and seemed very annoyed when I asked her to do a little more. My daughter came back with hair all over her face. When I asked for a kleenex to wipe it off she huffed and pointed to a box of kleenex behind their counter which was out of reach for customers. My daughter felt terrible. I ended up going somewhere else to have it fixed.
