Great place for a haircut that comes with a hot towel and a massage if you want. Staff are friendly, reasonable prices. Wish they had straight razors, and other men specific grooming items for sale.

I am pretty easy going and haven't had a bad haircut ever, until now. I asked her for a fade or blend ad she just took the razor and didn't even try to fade it, then she started taking some off the top, I asked her how much she thought she was taking off and wouldn't answer my question. I had politely said we are done. Tried to apologize to the gal and she copped an attitude with me and wouldn't even let me talk. Went to check out and the rest of the staff was nice and caring. I don't know if I'd go back.

Showed up at 6:05 for a 6:00 appointment, I hit traffic. I was told that the next appointment comes in at 6:20 and that would leave them only 5 min to cut my hair... Regardless, I had been loyal for a while, tipped well, and recommended them a few times. They really didn't seem to care and that really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

My latest haircut at this shop was the last one I will get there. The barbers here cannot cut hair. I called to make an appointment and specifically requested someone able to cut a cowlick. When I arrived for my appointment, and was seated, I detailed what I wanted my hair to look like, and even showed pictures. I asked for don draper's haircut on madmen - a simple side part, long enough to slick back. I had grown my hair out for almost a year prior so there was plenty of length to work with and my barber was unable to cut and style such a basic hairstyle. I instead left with hair cut too short, cowlicks ( which the length of the style should have mitigated ) at ninety degrees, and no side part. The only reason they earned two stars and not one is that the employees are friendly and it is a nice atmosphere, however I payed for a hopefully semi-decent haircut, not atmosphere.
