I’ve meant to put this review in much earlier. My appointment was in the Cambridge location on March 25th. My stylist was Deanna. She was very professional about her job with each of the clients I seen her interact with. When my time came she listened and we discussed what I had wanted done. When we were done and I was checking it out,I asked if I could get the highlights a little lighter. With no fuss at all she went right to work on my hair again. She even stayed later than her regular time with no complaints at all. She was very personable, caring and listened to what her clients wanted. I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been a client of Deanna’s for years and I’ve never been dissatisfied. The shop is clean and organized, the stylists are professional, excellent at their work and friendly. If you need advice or help in correcting a problem they are only too happy to help. I’ve received many compliments on my hair and always give Deanna and Smart Style the credit!

I don’t remember the name of the stylist but whoever I had was awesome. I’ve been self conscious about my hair, it basically was destroyed from two babies I couldn’t even brush through it and it was breaking off. This lady did not make me feel weird about it she took her time and picked through piece by piece trying to salvage what she could. She stayed like a half hour-45 minutes past close plus my appointment timing just to make sure it was done correctly and I was happy, I loved my long hair so it was upsetting that it was so bad when I went in but she made me feel tons better and sent me home with products to help. She definitely deserved the tip plus some!

Deanna has cut my hair since I was a kid. She did my prom hair and my brother's wedding hair, and on my most recent visit she did my cousin's prom hair. She's a very fun stylist to get your hair done with, and it always looks good when she's done! (Images are of my cousin's prom hair) I can't speak for the other stylists. I only ever work with Deanna.

Kim is the absolute best! I don't have to pay attention at all- Kim knows my hair and how I like it . Kim is personable, fast, upbeat and does a great job every time ! Thank you Kim!
