professional skills is what I am given each time I walk in for my hair cut at the salon. Coffee, chat with a award winning hair cut. Jean whitacre has a dedicated team of professionals in a comfortable remodeled salon. Ask for Jean........ Her team is very honorable yet truthful.

Instead of looking at the picture of what my boyfriend wanted they were too busy talking about other things. Then proceed to cut his hair completely wrong causing him to wear a hat. Unbelievablely terrible service. Definitely done going here.

I wish I could give a zero. They BURNT my hair while using a 3 barrel. The stylist & manager never once said sorry they kept saying to wash it with purple shampoo & it should come out. Well I've washed it 5 times since yesterday when it happened and it's still black. My blonde hair now has black burn spots. Even the other stylist commented saying something smelt like it was burning while she was "styling" my hair, but my stylist joked it off and said it was her skin. She clearly could see the black marks she left after but chose to not say anything. I've gone to fantastic sams all over MN & this place is the worst one in MN. In all my 30 yrs I've never burnt my hair while using flat irons, curling irons & 3 barrels... it is unacceptable to have an employee not know the basics while working at a salon.

Friendliest staff I have meet here in the Duluth area. They do an outstanding job and will always clarify what exactly it is that you want. Love these ladies, and a costumer for life!

I walked in off of the street and big-time lucked in with Kelly! She listened - really LISTENED - to my complicated description of what I wanted with color, made suggestions, and was willing to take risks. We partnered. Great consult! That was nearly three years ago, and when I go in now, she tells me what I want!
