It's nice that they are able to pull up your previous haircut so they know what you like and don't like. It's also nice that you can check in online ahead of time. Friendly staff.

Great, awesome guess service, somebody therw made the worst hair cut to my son, on my day off , a week after, I went back and my usual hair stylist fixed for me free. I went back looking for her and she did an amazing job with my daughter

Generally a good place to get your haircut. Many different stylists on any given day. This leads to different results, based on stylists understanding.

This is a very convienent Great Clips for me and experiences have varied with the stylest that cut my hair. Most are good but two are excellent. Online check-in makes getting in and out a breeze.

The lady was very nice, sociable. However, she can't have a conversation and make an even cut. She never checked to see that the left side and the right side of my head were even. I didn't not request a style or anything so I didn't realize it until the next morning when I washed and styled my hair. After 2 mornings of frustration because of the difference, I called Great Clips. The lady whom answered clearly hates her job. She was able to track who cut my hair. She said the lady was in at that moment but I couldn't up and get over there in an instant. I asked her the lady's schedule for the upcoming entire week. Turns out the person wasn't scheduled at that location. I wasn't offered to have someone else fix it. She pretty much told me I'm screwed.
