My bridal party and I had our hair done. My hair was very simple with a lower bun and a vine. I was charged more because I was the bride. My vine fell out within a couple hours and then my bun unraveled. Most pictures have the bad hair. My bridesmaids and other guests said they went back to their rooms and "tamed down" their hair. There is no cell reception in their studio which is difficult for a bride on her wedding day.

I had a pleasant experience at Fitger's Salon and Spa and plan to be a repeat customer. Great price and great environment with great stylists that are friendly.

At fitgers I got just a basic facial, not exactly sure on which one it was. The whole experience was fine, a pretty standard facial, nothing out of the ordinary, relaxing and pleasant. Until I was about to leave, when my masseuse/esthetician showed me my face in the mirror. I wasn't wearing any makeup and was currently experiencing some hormonal acne. Nothing I can do about that, happens every month, it is what it is. But she proceeded to tell me that I needed to come back to get an acne specific facial, that I could really clear up my skin. There is no clearing up my skin. And I didn't ask for your input on my acne, nor do I think I need that service. So no, I don't think I'll be returning. It was a good facial, but I those comments left a bad taste in my mouth.

Enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing facial which also included a hand/arm and foot massage which was a nice surprise! I left with glowing skin and couldn't of been happier. My boyfriend enjoyed a massage in the same room which was great. He really liked the warm towels wrapped around his feet! We both really enjoyed the services we received and would definitely recommend getting a treatment, especially if staying in the hotel. It was a great way to end our trip to Duluth, we will be back!
