Really disappointed with how things were handled..I scheduled an appointment to get eye lash extensions. I had booked it a couple weeks in advance and told them that I’d likely need a full set as there there were very few existing lashes left. I get there and Ann (who I was scheduled to see) told me that she only had an hour slot available and didn’t have enough time to do a full set. Since I’m in a wedding in a couple days I knew I had limited options, so I asked if she could just do an hours-worth. She said she would still have to charge me for the full set and I’d be better off going elsewhere. I guess I’m just really frustrated since they made the error and were reluctant to negotiate or make any accommodations. I planned my day to get this done and now will not be able to do so before the wedding.
