Mackenzie is amazing! My visit was wonderful! Comfortable! And I have never loved my hair as much as I do today! Thank you! Side note: Rebecca is a fabulous massage therapist and is totally worth the visit!

Really disappointed with how things were handled..I scheduled an appointment to get eye lash extensions. I had booked it a couple weeks in advance and told them that I’d likely need a full set as there there were very few existing lashes left. I get there and Ann (who I was scheduled to see) told me that she only had an hour slot available and didn’t have enough time to do a full set. Since I’m in a wedding in a couple days I knew I had limited options, so I asked if she could just do an hours-worth. She said she would still have to charge me for the full set and I’d be better off going elsewhere. I guess I’m just really frustrated since they made the error and were reluctant to negotiate or make any accommodations. I planned my day to get this done and now will not be able to do so before the wedding.

McKenzie Gave me really great suggestions on what to do with my hair when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it! Maria did a awesome job on it! Really happy with the results! I will definitely be back in the future.
