This location is a great physical space with lots of natural light to provide a relaxing experience for getting a hair cut. However, of the five times I have scheduled appointments here, they have called me within 24 hours of the appointment every single time and asked if I can move my appointment time up at their convenience which I feel is unprofessional. Also, three of these five appointments have resulted in day-of cancellations from the salon and I have had this happen to other friends as well. Very frustrating to not be able to count on appointments and I have given up on trying to schedule anything with them altogether.

Had an appointment scheduled far in advance and the day before I was told they could no longer do it at that time. I was traveling from a different town for wedding dress shopping and wanted to look my best before shopping. No accommodations were made and my appointment was canceled. Not professional and disappointing.

Made an appointment yesterday. For 3pm today and they lost my appointment?.. how. Kinda weird since I called n made sure at 227 befor I left to the appointment. What kinda business are these people running. And all I wanted done was to be trimed up. Lmao.

Came in to get a wax appointment for a wedding. When I walked in with my sisters the receptionist ( who said her name was Megan, not sure if she was telling me the truth.) looked us up and down like we were on the wrong side of town when I asked is she had any availability she gave me an abrupt no. I asked her is she had any availability today and she then told me her only opening was 4pm. I wasn't sure if we would be available, so I asked my sister if that would work. When I came back to the desk she was glaring at me. I said that we would take the appointment for the wax, she then asked me if I have ever been there before in an extremely condescending way, which is very unprofessional. I told her that I was only in town for a few days. She then asked me for my address and I again told her that I was only in town for a few days for a wedding and I told her that I would give her that address. She smirked at me and said no in a very haughty manner. At that point I was getting very upset, my sister asked if their salon did facials and she then proceeded to treat my sister like trash as well in responding to her question. I wanted to cancel the appointment at that second but I wasn't sure if I would be able to get another reservation before Sunday. I found a different salon and cancelled the reservation right away when I told Megan why I was cancelling because of her rudeness she ignored what I had to say and didn't apologize. I have never been treated so badly by a perfect stranger, would never recommend this place unless you want to be treated like trash.

I had a really great experience with Megan. I love my new haircut and style! She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Her head and hand massage is amazing too! I would totally recommend this salon and her service!! Everyone in the salon was very nice and professional!!
