Went in person to do a check in and they were booked over 2 hours. Got a text message 15 minutes after and I clinked on the link. I had no idea I had to hit yes. Waited all day and couldn't even make an appointment because they kept getting booked out over 120 minutes. Went back in and asked what happened and she was basically rude and told me they aren't taking anyone else and I asked if they would be able to take me in Monday and she said probably. But you'll have to check in. Don't waste your time.

I had a great experience here. I wish I could remember the lady's name, but she was very kind, made me feel welcome and did a great job.

Honestly not the greatest long wait okay hair cut there are definitely better places to go if you don’t want your hair messed up

Said I was up in the queue like 30 minutes early which did suck but the stylist was awesome and gave me a good cut so aside from the wait great experience; I think they were just busy and not updating the queue app
