My wedding party went to Attitudes in June 2015. I was told they had two other wedding parties besides mine that day but they told me over the phone, at least twice, that we were the first at 8am. We arrived at 8am and the two other parties were already there and getting their hair done. I, the bride, did not get into the chair until 10:00am. I missed my makeup appointment I had scheduled elsewhere and had Attitudes end up doing my make up. Being the bride, I really tried to stay positive & not let it bug me on the best day of my life, but looking back, man, it really messed up the day--- especially photos, we were just running behind on everything. I am not sure if the two other wedding parties changed their times or if they just lied to me on the phone, but I really wish they told me so I could have adjusted the schedule.
To add to our experience, my hair ended up being in knots that evening. I could NOT get it out, it was a giant mess. The lady who did my hair did meet me on Monday for an hour to try to help comb it out, but was not successful. After loosing a lot of hair, I finally got all the knots out on Thursday!
I talked to the owner about both of these issues and asked for a refund in August of 2015. Her response was "well, would a refund really make you feel better?" I feel that she should have offered the refund with no hesitations for the terrible experience I had, especially on my wedding day :(. I never did get a refund & this whole experience still makes me upset.
