If there were a way to do zero stars, I would do that. I just needed a buzz cut before my surgery tomorrow. They said the wait would be 15 minutes. Then, after 15 minutes, one of the "master" stylists says she charges $21, not $17. If I want a $17 haircut, I need to wait another 15 minutes. I left angrily. Tell me upfront that I can wait for 15 minutes for a $21 haircut or 30 minutes for a $17 cut. The whole thing is stupid anyway. I am a good tipper so she would have gotten $21 anyway.

Always love my experience at the River Falls Fantastic Sams. I've returned for years to have Tina R. cut and color my hair. I receive LOTS of compliments and refer friends. Wonderful services, easy parking and cost conscious rates.

Very nice employees. Very serene environment. Prompt service as well as an exceptional haircut. I would recommend this place for a convenient spot to get your haircut.

I have been using Tina in River Falls as my stylist for many years. Even when I moved out of the state I would travel to get my hair done. She’s the only one I trust! You definitely won’t go wrong and you’ll get great service!!
